In the State of California, homeopathic and craniosacral practitioners’ practice in accordance with the California Business and Professions Code sections 2053.5 and 2053.6, which require that clients be informed that practitioners are not licensed physicians and be informed about the practitioner’s  training and services.  Homeopathy and craniosacral therapy are not licensed by the state and are not represented or intended to be substitutes for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment.  They do not diagnose or treat specific pathological conditions or disease symptoms.

Iris Hagen Ratowsky is not a licensed physician and does not provide medical treatments.  Homeopathy and Craniosacral treatments are designed to stimulate the client’s own natural healing abilities by use of homeopathic medicines, and/or by gentle tissue work stimulating the flow of vital energy throughout the body and by releasing restrictions.  By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and recognize that it is your preference to use these services to support your health and well-being.  You may be asked to seek conventional medical evaluation as well, depending on the conditions and symptoms you present at the consultation, for your health and safety.

Your appointment will be booked for you to reserve the time for your consultation.  Cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours in advance or payment will be requested for the time, either in person or by telephone.  Thank you for your understanding and courtesy respecting this policy.

Payment can be made by Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, check, or cash at the time of your in-person appointment. If you have a virtual appointment, payment can be made prior to your appointment.
